One is that each human being has the right to have his/her own human identity and individuality distinct from other individuals, but human cloning is a violation of this natural right for two reasons: firstly, the identity of a human being which is created through a nonsexual process will be damaged never thereafter he/she being regarded as a complete human being. This is obviously a violation of his/her human rights. Secondly, a human being created through cloning is merely a “copy” of some one else and this is a violation of his/her right to be unique and different. Hence, from a human rights perspective, human cloning violates man’s rights due to two reasons: damage of human identity and violation of the right to be unique. <br />Attempting to clarify the nature of human cloning, this article examines the aspects to be claimed to violate human rights and evaluates the strength of the reasons for this claim. برخی از مخالفان شبیه‌سازی، آن را به لحاظ حقوق بشری نادرست و غیر اخلاقی می‌دانند و برای اثبات دیدگاه خود به دلایلی تمسک می‌جویند؛ از جمله آنکه هر انسانی حق دارد هویت و فردیت انسانی متفاوت و متمایز از دیگران داشته باشد. شبیه‌سازی، نقض این حق طبیعی است؛ به دو دلیل: نخست آنکه هویت انسانی که از طریق غیر جنسی پدید می‌آید، مخدوش خواهد شد و دیگر نمی‌توان به او به چشم یک انسان کامل نگریست. دوم آنکه انسانی که از این طریق تولید می‌شود، نسخة بدل انسانی دیگر است و این نقض حق متفاوت بودن و منحصربه‌فرد بودن است. به این  ترتیب، از منظر حقوق بشری، شبیه‌سازی انسانی به دو دلیل نادرست  و ناقض حقوق انسانی است: نقض هویت انسانی و دیگری نقض منحصر بودن و یگانگی فرد.<br /> مقاله حاضر می‌کوشد با توضیح ماهیت شبیه‌سازی انسانی، مواردی را که ادعا می‌شود مخالف حقوق بشر است بررسی نماید و قوت ادله‌ای را که از این منظر در مخالفت با آن ارائه شده، بسنجد. https://humanrights.mofidu.ac.ir/article_21296_e0433ffcc207263b70a14fd965ae86ca.pdf
