The purpose of the peaceful coexistence of human beings transcends the issues of war, or peace versus war, and it is a method which includes cooperation with and benefaction to others. Previous studies on the subject have mostly addressed the perspective of Quran about peaceful coexistence with followers of divine religions (People of the Book) and in these studies little attention has been paid to "man" regardless of his thoughts and beliefs. To this end, this study aims to comparatively review the Qur'anic teachings and human findings encapsulated in the international human rights law. The research hypothesis is that Quran recommends peaceful coexistence among all people. The only exception is the people who are at war with Muslims and have taken up arms against an Islamic state, or those who oppress helpless people, depriving them from their freedom and fundamental rights. <span>همزیستی مسالمت‌آمیز انسان‌ها روشی است که صرف‌نظر از حق‌بودن مکتب‌‌ها و منش‌ها، یا سعادت و شقاوت افراد، به زندگی مسالمت‌آمیز انسان‌ها و به‌رسمیت‌شناختن حقوق اجتماعی آنان می‌پردازد.</span><br /><span>مقصود از همزیستی مسالمت‌آمیز انسان‌ها، فراتر از جنگ یا صلح در برابر جنگ، و مشتمل بر روشی است که تعاون و احسان به دیگران را نیز فراگیرد.</span><br /><span>پژوهش‌های پیشین دربارة این موضوع، غالباً به دیدگاه قرآن دربارة همزیستی مسالمت‌آمیز با پیروان ادیان آسمانی (اهل کتاب) پرداخته‌اند و «انسان» صرف‌نظر از اندیشه و عقیده‌ای که دارد، کمتر در این پژوهش قرآنی بررسی شده است. این پژوهش بر آن است تا ضمن جبران این کاستی به مقدار بضاعت، میان آموزه‌های قرآنی و یافته‌های بشری در قالب نظام بین‌المللی حقوق بشر، مقایسه‌ای اجمالی دهد.</span><br /><span>فرضیة پژوهش، این است که همزیستی مسالمت‌آمیز دربارة همة انسان‌ها به‌عنوان روایتی عمل‌گرایانه، سفارش قرآن است. تنها استثنای آن، افرادی‌اند که با مسلمانان در حال جنگ‌اند و محارب به شمار آیند یا انسان‌های ناتوان را تحت ستم شدید قرار داده، آزادی و حقوق بنیادین آنان را از ایشان ستانده باشند.</span> https://humanrights.mofidu.ac.ir/article_33423_e817d8f1c167c64e069ef31d3e8826c2.pdf
