The departure and the base for the realization of the people's religion are considered. Studies carried out in the spirit of expert thought, Jürgen Habermas, suggest that the acceptance of the relativity of facts and the ability to critique and change all the propositions are related to the social life, forms the essence of the theory of the public domain and the general discussion. Without any intention to rate the epistemic universe, the approach of writing suggests that the school system and the ideological nature of the political system, which are based on the various principles of the constitution, makes it impossible to fully reconcile the general sphere <span>مفهوم حوزۀ عمومی از جمله مفاهیم نشأت گرفته از نظام معرفتیِ مدرن است که حسبِ ارتباط تنگاتنگ با حق‌ها و آزادی های اساسیِ شهروندان، ازنظر برخی ازمتفکّران علوم اجتماعی، نقطۀ عزیمت و بسترِ تحقّقِ مردم‌سالاری به شمارمی رود و پژوهش حاضر بر آن است تا ضمن تحلیل مفهومیِ حوزۀ عمومی‌، به نسبت سنجیِ آن با نظام حقوق اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران بپردازد. پذیرشِ نسبیّتِ حقایق و قابلیّت نقد و تغییرگزاره‌های مربوط به زیست جمعی، جوهرۀ مفاهیم حوزۀ عمومی وگفتگوی عمومی را شکل می‌دهد. بدون هیچ‌گونه قضاوت ارزشی میان دو نظام معرفتی و داوری در برتریِ یکی بر دیگری‌، رهیافت نوشتار حاضر حاکی از آن است که به اقتضای مکتبی و کمال گرا بودنِ قانون اساسی‌، نمی‌توان تطبیق کاملی میان حوزۀ عمومی و نظام حقوق اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران برقرار کرد و تنها با تفاسیر و برداشت‌های نوین می‌توان انتظار داشت که این دو نظام به هم نزدیکتر گردند و از مزایای یکدیگر بهره ببرند؛ ولی درعین حال این‌همانیِ میان آن‌ها قطعاً منتفی است.</span> https://humanrights.mofidu.ac.ir/article_33541_d0c9acab2dcb6aaa94c495fd6f58a2ec.pdf
