Journal Article 2023 05 29 Energy projects are big economic ones that have winners and losers. The challenges of energy for those who are subject to negative energy aspects such as pollution, forced migration, paying high energy tariffs threaten a wide range of human rights. At the international level, because of the late identification of energy relationship with sustainable development and climate change in order to reduce poverty, inequality and environmental protection, energy policies are renewing and transition to low carbon energies. the energy justice movement recently emphasized the necessity of achieving a global energy system without discrimination, reliable, low cost and suitable for current and future generations, and to reduce the effects of energy systems at local, regional and global levels, in an effort to reform the old energy systems and establish new systems of justice and move from theory to practice. This research shows that according to the concepts of human rights which they emphasize on principles like non-discrimination, equality and empowerment, how is the existence of a clear and human rights oriented approach for equitable access to energy, frameworks to address, promote and expand the individual and social spheres of human rights for current and future generations. پروژه‌های انرژی ازجمله طرح‌های بزرگ اقتصادی هستند که برنده و بازنده‌هایی دارد. چالش‌های ناشی از انرژی برای کسانی که در جایگاه قربانی در معرض جنبه‌های منفی انرژی چون آلودگی، کوچ اجباری، پرداخت تعرفه‌های بالای انرژی قرار گرفته‌اند، طیف گسترده‌ای از حقوق بشر را تهدید می‌کند. در سطح بین‌الملل به دلیل شناسایی هرچند دیرهنگام رابطه انرژی با توسعه پایدار و تغییرات اقلیمی به منظور کاهش فقر، نابرابری و حفظ محیط زیست، سیاست‌های انرژی در حال تجدید ساختار و گذار به انرژی‌های کم‌کربن هستند. جنبش عدالت انرژی، اخیراً با تأکید بر لزوم دستیابی به نظام انرژی جهانی بدون تبعیض، قابل اعتماد، منصفانه، کم‌هزینه و مناسب برای نسل‌های فعلی، بعدی و محیط زیست و کاهش تأثیرات نظام‌های انرژی در سطوح محلی، منطقه‌ای و جهانی برای اصلاح سیستم‌های ظالمانه قدیمی انرژی و استقرار سیستم‌های جدید عدالت‌آگاه و حرکت از تئوری به عمل در تلاش است. این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که با توجه به مضامین حقوق بشر که آنها هم بر اصولی چون عدم تبعیض، برابری و توانمندسازی تأکید می‌ورزند، چگونه وجود رویکردی شفاف و حقوق بشرمحور می‌تواند جهت دسترسی عادلانه به انرژی، چهارچوب‌هایی را برای رسیدگی، ارتقا و گسترش حوزه‌های فردی و اجتماعی حقوق بشر برای نسل‌های کنونی و نسل‌های بعدی ارائه کند.
