8/2007- مشاور کارشناس یونسکو جهت تهیه یک مطالعه مقدماتی تحت عنوان: اقتضایتوسعه یک سند تنظیم استاندارد جدیدیونسکو برایحفاظت اززبان های بومیو در معرضخطر(که در 31 سپتامبر 2007 ارائه شد و در بهار سال 2008 در صد و هفتادمین نشست به هیئت اجرایی یونسکو تقدیم شد).
3/2002- مشاور یونسکو برای اولین و دومین نشست جلسات بین دولتی کارشناسان جهت تهیه پیش نویس مقدماتی یک کنوانسیون برای حفاظت از میراث فرهنگی ناملموس که در مقر یونسکو (پاریس) در جولای سال 2002 برگزار شد.
2002- گزارشگر دو اجلاس یک گروه ویژه برای تهیه پیش نویس که در مقر یونسکو (پاریس) در ماه مارس و ژوئن سال 2002 جهت تهیه پیش نویس مقدماتی یک کنوانسیون برای حفاظت از میراث فرهنگی ناملموس برگزار شد.
2001- گزارشگر جلسه در مورد یک نشست کارشناسان بین المللی که به طور مشترک توسط یونسکو و کمیسیون ملی ایران برای یونسکو در خصوصزنان، میراثناملموسوتوسعه، بین 26-23 ژوئن سال 2001 در تهران برگزار شد.
گزارشگر جلسه برای یک میزگرد بین المللی که به طور مشترک توسط یونسکو و دولت ایتالیا راجع به میراث فرهنگی ناملموس - یک تعریف کارآمد، در ایتالیا، مارس 2001 برگزار شد.
2000- کارشناس مشاور یونسکو (پاریس) برای تهیه یک مطالعه مقدماتی تحت عنوان، پرسش درباره توسعهیک سندتنطیم استانداردبین المللیجدیدبرایحفاظتازمیراثناملموس(انتشارات یونسکو، پاریس، 2001).
