چکیده

وحدت و همبستگی بین المللی بر بسیاری از جنبه‌های زندگی اجتماعی، از جمله توسعه سیستم‌های حقوقی ملی تاثیر می‌گذارد. این مقاله به تحلیل ساختارها و الگوریتم‌های تاثیرات متقابل سیستم‌های حقوقی ملی که منجر به شکل گیری ترکیب منحصر به فردی از رویه‌های مختلف حقوقی شده است، می‌پردازد. در این مقاله توجه ویژه ای به تاثیر حقوق بین الملل بر توسعه سیستم‌های قانونی تک تک کشورها شده است. نویسنده راه های غلبه بر تضادها و شکاف های موجود در سیستم چند بعدی مقررات قانونی در زمینه یکپارچه سازی روابط (اتحاد انجمن ها) با مشارکت فدراسیون روسیه و ایجاد رویکرد مفهومی در تشکیل چارچوب قانونی اتحادیه اقتصادی اوراسیا و حمایت جانبی برای توسعة این اتحادیه در قالب قوانین کشورهای عضو آن را پیشنهاد می‌کند.

The Legal System of the Russian Federation Amid International Integration

چکیده [English]

International integration affects many sides of societal life, including the development of national legal systems. This article analyzes the regularities and algorithms of the mutual effect of national legal sys‌tems, which lead to the formation of unique compositions of various legal traditions. Special attention is paid to the influence of international law on the development of the legislative systems of individual countries. The author proposes ways of overcoming contradictions and gaps in the legal regulation of the multidimensional system of integration associations with the participation of the Russian Federation and substantiates conceptual approaches to the formation of the legal framework of the Eurasian Economic Union and subsidiary support for the union’s development within the legislations of the member states.
