Special characteristics of children from the view of low realization, cognition and self defense are requiring high protection for them. These protections which have considered in international provisions are including proceeding for the accused children or witness. In this paper, the fair trial for child has been discussed in accordance with human rights resources and Iranian law. It can be clearly seen that a consensus regime for children’s protection in trials will being shaped and for consistency with this measures some of national provisions shall be amended.
